About the Opportunity
Professional Expansion is currently supporting a recognized marketing and advertising agency in Florida in the search for an E-Commerce Manager to join their team on a full-time, remote basis.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong experience managing Shopify and Amazon accounts, product listings, catalog optimization, promotions, reporting, and online revenue growth initiatives.
The selected candidate will manage e-commerce client accounts, improve marketplace performance, coordinate product and inventory information, and support revenue growth across online sales channels.
Objective of the Position
The objective of this role is to manage and optimize e-commerce client accounts across Shopify, Amazon, and related platforms.
The E-Commerce Manager will oversee product listings, catalog management, conversion optimization, promotions, inventory coordination, marketplace compliance, analytics, and performance reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify and Amazon client accounts.
- Oversee product listings, catalog structure, product descriptions, images, pricing, and product data accuracy.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central tasks and support marketplace performance.
- Support Amazon PPC initiatives and coordinate with advertising teams when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across product pages, storefronts, and marketplace listings.
- Coordinate promotions, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Monitor inventory-related information and coordinate updates with the appropriate internal or client-side teams.
- Track e-commerce analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain account health where applicable.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, generate listing improvements, analyze patterns, organize workflows, and support faster execution.
Required Profile
We are looking for a candidate with experience managing online sales channels, e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, and performance optimization.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce management, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, marketplace operations, or online sales management.
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management.
- Experience with e-commerce analytics and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with product launches, promotions, and online sales initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple stores, brands, or product catalogs is highly desirable.
- Agency-side e-commerce management experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Academic Background and Certifications
Candidates should have either formal education in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience gained through employment at a marketing agency, in-house marketing role, consulting practice, freelance work, or by operating and growing a marketing-related business.

This role is not for someone who only says they use AI tools. It is for someone who can clearly explain or demonstrate how AI makes them more effective, more organized, and more valuable in their area of expertise.
