Entry Level Mechanical Engineering

  • Define and communicate product vision in collaboration with corporate leadership and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with overall business objectives and category goals
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, including new product development, enhancements, and end-of-life planning
  • Lead product innovation initiatives to strengthen market position and customer value
  • Drive new product development efforts through the corporate Stage Gate process
  • Manage assigned product lines throughout the full product lifecycle
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products and applications
  • Develop pricing strategies and support quoting activities for assigned product lines
  • Analyze product performance, including sales, profitability, customer usage, and market trends
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product improvements
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Brand Management, and Customer Service teams to support go-to-market strategies and product promotion initiatives
  • Provide product training and education to sales teams, channel partners, and end users
  • Represent the organization and product portfolio at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
  • Support achievement of product line revenue, profitability, quality, and availability targets
  • Assist with departmental budgeting, planning, and resource management activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field required
  • MBA and/or Engineering degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, product strategy, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
