Entry Level Mechanical Engineering
- Define and communicate product vision in collaboration with corporate leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with overall business objectives and category goals
- Own and manage the product roadmap, including new product development, enhancements, and end-of-life planning
- Lead product innovation initiatives to strengthen market position and customer value
- Drive new product development efforts through the corporate Stage Gate process
- Manage assigned product lines throughout the full product lifecycle
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products and applications
- Develop pricing strategies and support quoting activities for assigned product lines
- Analyze product performance, including sales, profitability, customer usage, and market trends
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product improvements
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Brand Management, and Customer Service teams to support go-to-market strategies and product promotion initiatives
- Provide product training and education to sales teams, channel partners, and end users
- Represent the organization and product portfolio at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
- Support achievement of product line revenue, profitability, quality, and availability targets
- Assist with departmental budgeting, planning, and resource management activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field required
- MBA and/or Engineering degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, product strategy, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
