About the Opportunity
Professional Expansion is currently supporting a recognized marketing and advertising agency in Florida in the search for a Paid Advertising Manager to join their team on a full-time, remote basis.
This opportunity is ideal for a paid media professional with strong experience managing advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms.
The selected candidate will manage campaign strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting, conversion tracking, reporting, optimization, and client communication.
Objective of the Position
The objective of this role is to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate measurable client results.
The Paid Advertising Manager will be responsible for campaign setup, strategy, budget management, audience targeting, conversion tracking, testing, reporting, optimization, and client-facing performance communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategy based on client goals, audience, budget, funnel stage, and desired outcomes.
- Oversee campaign setup, budget allocation, targeting, testing, optimization, and ongoing performance management.
- Manage conversion tracking, pixels, tags, events, and performance measurement systems.
- Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and related tools to monitor and report campaign performance.
- Analyze lead generation and e-commerce campaign results.
- Prepare clear reports and performance summaries for clients and internal teams.
- Communicate campaign results, insights, recommendations, and next steps professionally.
- Coordinate with creative and copy teams to improve ad performance, messaging, visuals, and testing opportunities.
- Use AI tools to accelerate campaign research, reporting, creative ideation, copy testing, workflow documentation, and optimization analysis.
Required Profile
We are looking for a candidate with experience managing paid advertising campaigns, performance reporting, conversion tracking, and client communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with e-commerce campaigns.
- Experience preparing reports and communicating performance insights.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Academic Background and Certifications
Candidates should have either formal education in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience gained through employment at a marketing agency, in-house marketing role, consulting practice, freelance work, or by operating and growing a marketing-related business.

- Review performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build faster reports, summaries, and client-ready insights.
- Document workflows and improve campaign management systems.
This role is not for someone who only says they use AI tools. It is for someone who can clearly explain or demonstrate how AI makes them more effective, more organized, and more valuable in their area of expertise.
