Regional Education Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Education Manager to lead educational initiatives, training programs, and professional development activities across multiple locations within an assigned region. The Regional Education Manager will collaborate with leadership teams, educators, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality educational standards, drive program effectiveness, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee educational programs and training initiatives across the region.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to educators, trainers, and instructional staff.
Monitor program performance and educational outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct site visits, classroom observations, and training assessments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in education management, training, curriculum development, or instructional leadership.
Proven experience managing multiple locations, teams, or regional programs.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Experience with data analysis, program evaluation, and performance improvement initiatives.
