Art Department and Development Coordinator

We operate as a small, fast-moving team where each role has clear ownership and direct impact. 

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art Department & New Faces Coordinator to manage the agency’s visual output and support the development of new talent.

This role sits at the intersection of creative production and talent development. You will oversee how models are presented across digital platforms while also identifying and guiding new faces through the early stages of development.

This is an execution-first role. Success in this position comes from consistency, organization, and attention to detail. Creative input and expanded responsibility are earned through performance.

We are looking to hire one person full time but are open to splitting this into two part-time roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Art Department / Visuals

  • Edit and manage photo and video assets
  • Shoot and process in-house model digitals
  • Maintain and update model portfolios (“books”) and website
  • Manage social media content (including Instagram) and ensure visual consistency across all brand channels
  • Create mood boards and assist with shoot preparation

New Faces / Talent Development

  • Scout new faces via Instagram, social media, and in person
  • Manage open calls and incoming submissions
  • Track and organize talent through the development pipeline
  • Assist in preparing models for agent review and castings

Systems & Organization

  • Maintain structured workflows using Notion (or similar tools)
  • Organize creative assets and talent data
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

  • Experience in photography, editing, or visual production (required)
  • Strong understanding of fashion imagery and model presentation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience managing or contributing to social media content (preferably Instagram), including posting, visual planning, or asset coordination
  • Strong interest in the modeling industry, scouting, or talent development
  • BONUS - Experience with Notion or similar workflow tools

Compensation

  • Full-time position but open to part-time
  • $48,000–$55,000 annually (DOE) + benefits
