Brand Ambassador (Entry Level)

Who We Are Coastal5ive brings national brands directly to consumers through live, in-person promotional campaigns across the Tampa Bay area. We're not a call centre, a staffing agency, or a remote team — we're a group of motivated people who show up to events, connect with the public, and deliver results for the brands we represent. What This Is A full-time, entry level Brand Ambassador position based in Clearwater, FL. You'll be the face of our client brands at live events and community activations across the Tampa Bay area — starting conversations, building connections, and creating memorable consumer experiences. We hire students and recent grads who are personable, dependable, and ready to learn. Everything else we'll handle.

A Typical Week No two days look exactly the same, but here's what you can generally expect:

• Showing up to scheduled events and activations across Clearwater and Tampa Bay prepared and on time
• Representing assigned client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Striking up genuine conversations with consumers and sharing brand information naturally
• Answering questions confidently and guiding consumers toward the right product or service
• Capturing consumer feedback and bringing it back to the team
• Wrapping up each shift with accurate activity notes and contributing to team debrief
• Joining training sessions between activations and taking them seriously
