The Opportunity 

This is a full-time, entry level position based in Clearwater, FL — ideal for recent graduates or students finishing up their semester who want to spend their summer building real, transferable professional skills. You won't be fetching coffee or sitting in on meetings you don't need to be in. You'll be in the field, working alongside experienced team members, and learning by doing from day one.

No prior experience required. Everything you need to know, we'll teach you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing national client brands at live events and promotional activations across Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area
• Engaging consumers directly and communicating product and service information in a clear, approachable way
• Supporting customers through the decision-making and enrollment process
• Contributing to team targets and campaign goals at every activation
• Building professional communication and client-facing skills with every shift
• Participating in ongoing training and one-on-one mentorship throughout your time with the team

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator who connects easily with new people
• Positive, reliable, and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable in an active, outdoor, fast-paced event environment
• Eager to learn and open to feedback
• Background in hospitality, retail, or any campus or community-facing role is a plus — genuinely not required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal/Summer through to Permanent for the right candidate Location: Clearwater, FL — local travel to events across the Tampa Bay area Schedule: Monday to Friday with some weekend availability
