Job Title: Culture, Communications & Events Partner                                                               

Department: Human Resources

 

Summary of Position

The Culture, Communications & Events Partner plays a key role in shaping the employee experience through internal events, communications, community engagement initiatives, and culture-focused programs. This role helps create a workplace environment that is engaging, connected, and reflective of the company’s values while also strengthening the company’s presence and partnerships within the broader community.

 

This position will lead the coordination and execution of employee and external events, volunteer and charitable initiatives, community partnerships, sponsorship activations, internal newsletters and communications, SharePoint and employee resource content, and various culture and engagement programs across the organization. The role will also support high-visibility initiatives including the company’s annual charitable golf tournament and other community-focused events that foster employee involvement and external engagement.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Events

  • Lead the planning and execution of employee and external-facing events, including the annual charity golf tournament, employee appreciation events, volunteer activities, holiday celebrations, and community initiatives.
  • Help develop and manage community partnerships and charitable engagement efforts aligned with company values and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate volunteer opportunities, donation drives, and employee participation initiatives across office and field locations.
  • Support event branding, communications, promotional materials, storytelling, and post-event follow-up communications.
  • Assist with the rollout and coordination of employee wellness, engagement, and culture initiatives across the organization.

 

Employee Experience &Internal Communications

  • Support the employee engagement and culture calendar, including recognition efforts, employee celebrations, appreciation initiatives, and internal events.
  • Draft and coordinate internal communications including newsletters, announcements, leadership updates, employee spotlights, and event communications.
  • Manage and maintain employee-facing platforms and resources, including SharePoint and the Employee Resource Hub, ensuring information remains organized, current, and user-friendly.
  • Partner with HR leadership to support culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen employee connection and experience across the organization.

 

Workplace Experience & Coordination

  • Partner closely with the Office Manager to help support a welcoming, organized, and consistent workplace experience.
  • Coordinate workplace-related logistics connected to onboarding, events, employee engagement activities, and office initiatives.
  • Support larger office and workplace projects, including event set-up coordination, onboarding preparation, and cross-functional workplace initiatives.

 

HR Operations & Program Support

  • Support the coordination and execution of key HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding activities, employee engagement efforts, performance management cycles, and leadership development programs.
  • Maintain HR resources, templates, trackers, and employee materials to support organizational consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, communications, agendas, and materials for HR and leadership initiatives.
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items for HR and cross-functional projects.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality/Event Management, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in events, community engagement, communications, workplace/office operations, or project/program management.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing events or programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, or community partners.
  • Experience drafting or coordinating internal communications, presentations, or executive-facing materials.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage logistics, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Marketing).
  • Prior exposure to HR‑adjacent work is helpful but not required; ability to learn basic HR administrative processes over time.

Travel & Additional Requirements:

  • Work Location: Work is performed at both field and office locations.
  • Schedule: 9/80
  • Travel required to INEOS field locations.

Relocation:

Compensation & Benefits

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.

 

Compensation:

The annual rate for this position generally ranges between $70,000- $100,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, of up to 40% of eligible pay. This role, depending on skill level and experience, may also participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan with annual awards, vesting over three years, ranging from 8-15% of stated annual target. These ranges are estimates, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, business performance to metrics, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
