Day-to-Day Duties of the Management Trainee
- Initiate professional conversations with residential customers, confidently introducing AT&T’s latest internet, TV, and phone solutions.
- Take ownership of customer needs by recommending personalized service plans that reflect their lifestyle and connectivity goals.
- Lead engaging product presentations and service overviews, showcasing the real-time value of AT&T offerings with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Manage the full sales process—from greeting to closing—with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to polished, consultative service.
- Drive daily performance by meeting enrollment goals and contributing to a high-energy, results-focused team culture.
- Play a key role in onboarding and mentoring new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Partner with senior leadership to analyze performance trends and contribute to strategic planning that shapes team success and future growth.
What We're Looking For in a Management Trainee
- High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or public-facing roles is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Confident, optimistic, and self-driven, with a strong desire to exceed performance goals and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
- Quick to learn and able to clearly explain complex product features and service benefits to diverse customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.
