🩺 IDD Nursing Hiring Event – Evergreen Requisition

 

RHA Health Services | New Bern, NC

Date: Thursday, June 18, 2026

Time: 10am - 6pm 

 

Starting LPN Pay Rate: $32/hr

Starting RN Pay Rate: $38/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 - $6,000 (depending on schedule status)

🩺 About the Role

As an IDD Nurse (LPN or RN), you will provide direct nursing care and clinical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and individualized care plans that support each person’s unique needs.

 

Responsibilities may include medication administration, health assessments, care coordination, documentation, and support during behavioral or medical needs.

✨ Ideal Candidates:

  • Licensed LPN or RN (active and in good standing)
  • Passion for serving individuals with IDD and complex needs
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in IDD, group homes, behavioral health, or long-term care (preferred but not required)
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented mindset

  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
