Kids Coordinator

TITLE OF THE POSITION: Kids Coordinator, Keslinger Campus

REPORTS TO: Associate Director of Kids, Keslinger Campus

ROLE TYPE: Full-time, exempt

HOURLY EXPECTATION: At least 40 hours per week   

Position Description: 

The Coordinator will work under the direction of the Associate Director of Kids, Keslinger Campus. The Coordinator will support and implement the vision of Kids Ministries and assist in delivering ministry programming that aligns with Chapelstreet Church’s mission to help children and families experience grace, grow in faith, and make an impact. 

Kids Coordinator Responsibilities: 

The Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Kids, Keslinger Campus to connect the community into the life of the church. This includes planning events, outreach and regular programming as well as initiatives specific to the Keslinger Campus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Coordinating events including Adventure Club, VBS, special kids events, etc. 
  • Assist with, coordinate, and execute high-quality Sunday morning kids programming, ensuring consistency with centralized ministry vision and curriculum 
  • Providing administrative support including database support, calendaring, preparing materials for ministry, and communicating with key stakeholders 
  • Support and reinforce centralized curriculum implementation while contextualizing delivery for the Keslinger Campus 
  • Ensure classrooms, materials, environments, and lessons are fully prepared each week 
  • Participate in Chapelstreet Kids meetings, trainings, and church-wide initiatives 
  • Provide support for Keslinger Campus initiatives

  • Team player who enjoys collaborating and stepping in where needed

Salary Rates: This is a full-time position with a salary range of $31,500 to $39,500. Compensation is based on experience, education, and skills. With tenure and performance experience, compensation may exceed the published range.
