Insurance Agent Trainee (Paid Training & Career Growth Opportunity)
Continental Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated individual who is looking to build a long-term career, not just find another job.
No insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training and support for obtaining an insurance license. This position offers the opportunity to learn customer service, sales, business operations, marketing, and insurance while working directly with agency leadership.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, professional, and interested in growing with our agency.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Respond to emails, text messages, and customer inquiries
- Follow up on insurance quotes and customer requests
- Maintain accurate customer records within agency management systems
- Assist with policy servicing, renewals, and retention activities
- Learn personal and commercial insurance products
- Support marketing, referral, and customer relationship initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work toward obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to learn new technology and software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bilingual English/Spanish
