GROWTH MARKETING INTERN

ORANGE COUNTY, CA   |   HYBRID / REMOTE

Enovate HR is a growing outsourced HR consulting firm supporting small and mid-sized businesses throughout California. We partner directly with business owners to build practical people strategies, operational structure, leadership support, and scalable HR solutions.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to work directly with the founder to support brand growth, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a student interested in marketing, entrepreneurship, consulting, AI tools, and small business growth.

 

WHAT YOU’LL HELP WITH

  • Organizing and scheduling LinkedIn content
  • Researching business and workplace trends
  • Supporting lead generation and prospect research
  • Assisting with CRM organization and networking follow-up
  • Helping coordinate webinars and marketing initiatives
  • Supporting SEO and website updates
  • Creating and organizing content calendars
  • Conducting competitor and market research
  • Assisting with AI-powered marketing workflows and projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Current college student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and small business consulting
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Canva, Google Workspace, and digital tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools preferred
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Creative thinker who is organized and proactive

 

INTERNSHIP DETAILS
Part-time paid internship
Approximately 10/ hours per week
Flexible schedule
Hybrid/remote 

COMPENSATION
$22 / hour
