Content Creator Intern

Role Overview
The Content Creator Assistant will support the execution of the company’s digital media and
content strategy, with a strong focus on short-form video production, trend analysis, and brand
voice alignment. This role will work closely with senior leadership and creative teams to
enhance brand visibility and engagement through organic, viral-ready content tailored for
modern social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy
● Participate daily in creative strategy sessions to brainstorm and pitch out-of-the-box, viral
video concepts for brands.
● Spend time on TikTok and Instagram Reels daily to trend-jack in real-time, identifying
rising audio tracks, memes, and formats.
● Analyze platform shifts and social trends to rapidly adapt formatting strategies for our
clients.
● Learn and master brand voices to strategically switch between a minimalist, luxurious,
self-care vibe and energetic, everyday, punchy vibes depending on client needs.
2. Content Development
● Shoot and edit original short-form videos (TikToks/Reels) using mobile devices and
editing tools.
● Step in front of the camera to serve as the face and voice for relatable, organic, UGC-
style (User Generated Content) videos.
● Work behind the camera to shoot aesthetic product footage, ensuring excellent lighting
and camera stability.
● Apply principles of graphic design, typography, color theory, and visual layout to
dynamic video edits.
● Master mobile editing workflows using CapCut, InShot, or native platform editors to
execute fast pacing, text-on-screen, and cuts timed to music.
3. Posting
● Coordinate and schedule final video content native to TikTok and Instagram Reels.
● Assist in formatting on-screen text, captions, and platform-specific audio selection
directly within native video editors prior to launch.
● Ensure all published video content aligns accurately with client aesthetic standards and
specific brand guidelines before going live.
Required Qualifications

● Current university student about to graduate, or a recent graduate with a degree in
Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
● Must be a social media native. You live on TikTok and Instagram Reels, and you
understand what makes people stop scrolling and what makes a video go viral.
● Comfortable editing video on your phone using CapCut, InShot, or native TikTok/Reels
editors (fast pacing, adding text-on-screen, timing cuts to music).
● A fun, charismatic, and authentic on-screen presence, with no fear of being enthusiastic
or funny.
● A personal TikTok/Reels account, school project, or professional portfolio that
demonstrates your ability to make engaging video content.
Desired Skills
● An aspiring social media professional looking to build a real-world portfolio with
established brands right out of college.
● Knowledge of how to find good lighting, steady a camera, and make a product look
beautiful or a skit look clean.
● A visual mindset with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout, and applying it to
dynamic video content.
● Chronically Online Creative with a deep love for branding, aesthetics, and video editing.
● Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong research skills and the ability to work
alongside senior creative stakeholders.
