Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager to help shape and scale the brand presence of our fast-growing dating app. This is an ideal position for a creative powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of dating culture, and knows how to deliver under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute creative marketing campaigns across all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with influencers and talent partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Design compelling digital content, including static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video that drives app downloads and event ticket sales while building community.
  • Write sharp, on-brand copy for social, email, push notifications, and website content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize growth and engagement.
  • Develop monthly analytic reports and clearly outline ways to improve or enhance performance.
  • Work closely with the product and partnerships team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and rollout timing.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success working with influencers and ambassadors.
  • Strong portfolio of graphic design and video content (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-platform campaigns—not just Instagram and TikTok.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working with tight turnarounds and shifting priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the dating app or social networking space.
  • Understanding of guerrilla marketing, user acquisition strategies, and brand partnerships
