Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve mobility
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to implement care plans
- Participate in discharge planning and long-term care for patients
Required Skills:
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings
- Knowledge of occupational therapy and manual therapy techniques
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in acute care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of orthopedic or geriatric physical therapy
- Expertise in pain management techniques
