Position Overview
Hemmy Productions is seeking a motivated Entertainment Law & Business Affairs Intern to assist with legal and administrative matters related to film and television development.
This position is ideal for law students or students interested in entertainment law, intellectual property, contracts, and media business affairs.
Applicants able to begin immediately are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review agreements and supporting documents.
- Assist with NDA preparation and contract organization.
- Research entertainment law and industry practices.
- Assist with copyright and intellectual property filings.
- Support documentation related to representation agreements and development projects.
- Help organize investor and production records.
- Conduct legal research as needed.
Qualifications
- Current law student or student pursuing studies related to law, pre-law, business, or entertainment.
- Strong written and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Interest in film, television, and intellectual property.
