Account Manager
Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Hoffman Estates, IL location. This is a full-time role where you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs. The Account Manager will also analyze account data to generate actionable insights and provide tailored insurance solutions to both individual and business clients.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities
- Data Analysis and Problem-Solving skills
- Organization, Time Management, and Attention to Detail
- Knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts
- Experience in sales, account management, or a related field is a plus
Compensation & On-Track Earnings
This role offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance and growth. On-track earnings are estimated between $60,000–$65,000 annually, with a combination of base pay and performance-based incentives.
