The Ridge Post-Acute is a 54-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our rehabilitation team.

New graduates and recent board passers are welcome to apply!

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to improve daily living skills and independence
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and highest level of function

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active California Occupational Therapist license (or eligible)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in working with the geriatric population
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
