Our projects bring joy to families in state parks, municipal parks, schools, churches, neighborhoods, and large event spaces. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate storyteller to capture the heart of what we do and share it with the world.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic, camera-loving Content Creator who breathes creativity and lives for content. Our “word” for 2026 is Speed, so keep that in mind. This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be our one-person creative powerhouse, out in the field capturing real moments and delivering fresh, engaging content that fuels our marketing efforts every week. If you love turning everyday projects into compelling stories and understand the power of PR and brand awareness, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Spend significant time on-site at active and completed projects, filming and photographing installations in beautiful outdoor settings (parks, schools, churches, etc.).
Capture and highlight the crew member and office personnel
Create high-quality, platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
Edit videos and photos (using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) with fast turnaround to keep our social presence active and growing.
Develop creative concepts that highlight our craftsmanship, team, community impact, and the fun of recreational spaces through story telling or even serial skits. 
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, PR opportunities, and brand storytelling.
Help build an authentic, engaging online presence that showcases The Copponex Group as a leader in recreational construction.
What We’re Looking For
A true content enthusiast who is not afraid of the camera — comfortable appearing on-screen and directing others.
Strong skills in shooting, editing, and optimizing content for all major social platforms.
Dynamic, creative mindset with the ability to spot great stories in construction, teamwork, and community spaces.
Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels style) that drives engagement.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field while delivering consistent weekly content.
Passion for PR, brand building, and visual storytelling.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly to job sites (primarily in Georgia).
