Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator M&A Science | Remote | $25-$30/hour | Full-time
About M&A Science
M&A Science is the buy-side operating standard for deal teams. We run the M&A Science Podcast, one of the most-listened-to M&A resources for practitioners, and DealPilot, a membership platform built around the Buyer-Led M&A™ methodology. Our community is practitioners-corp dev leaders, deal teams, and operators who run acquisitions for a living-and everything we produce is built for them.
We're a small team. That means the work is real, the feedback is direct, and you'll see what you build actually get used.
The Role
This is a split role: half content distribution, half sales support. You'll sit at the intersection of our inbound marketing operation and the founder's outbound sales motion.
On the inbound side, you'll own social publishing across our channels, making sure the right content goes out at the right time. On the outbound side, you'll support our CEO directly-organizing pipeline, managing follow-up sequences, and keeping the sales process moving between conversations.
This role is right for someone who is organized enough to run a publishing calendar and comfortable enough with a CRM to know when a lead needs a nudge.
What You'll Do
Inbound (approx. 50%)
- Publish and schedule content across LinkedIn and other channels on a set weekly cadence
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure posts, clips, and episode promos go out on time
- Track basic engagement metrics and flag what's working
- Support newsletter distribution and list growth initiatives
Outbound (approx. 50%)
- Manage CEO's outbound sales pipeline in Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Build and maintain follow-up sequences for warm leads and event contacts
- Monitor inbound demo interest and route qualified leads
- Handle logistics around outreach so Kison stays focused on conversations, not admin
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or a similar coordinator role (internships count)
- Comfortable in a CRM, preferably HubSpot
- Organized and self-directed: you can manage a publishing calendar without someone checking on you daily
- Clear written communicator
- Genuine interest in B2B, finance, or M&A is a plus; familiarity with LinkedIn content is a plus
What to Expect
This is an early-stage company. The systems are being built, not inherited. You'll have real ownership over how parts of this function run, which is an opportunity if you want it and a bad fit if you don't.
Compensation: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience.
