Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work on interesting and challenging assignments that will help grow your skill set
- Research and draft legal memoranda and other documents; compile, summarize and analyze factual material
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Demonstrate creativity and learn to efficiently use relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions
- Gain experience developing and maintaining electronic databases, spreadsheets and other files as dictated by project needs
- Participate in a positive team environment and work hard to meet client deadlines and quality expectations
- Build client relationships and establish confidence in our firm with every conversation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be a third-year law student who is taking the July 2026 California Bar Exam.

- Strong professional maturity, critical thinking skills, curiosity, and a willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- We value candidates with diverse life experiences, demonstrated maturity, and a well-rounded perspective that enriches their approach to the practice of law.
- Proficient typing skills (40+ words per minute) and working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
