Project Description: 

Packizon is seeking a driven, competitive student team to take ownership of a full-cycle business development and Go-To-Market execution project. With their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), value proposition, and marketing collateral already developed, the team will jump straight into real-world market validation. Students will execute a targeted outbound strategy to connect with warehouse managers, build a sales pipeline, and drive revenue.

Key Deliverables & Learning Objectives:

- Pipeline Generation: Identify and source highly qualified leads within the 3PL, warehouse, and fulfillment sectors.
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute a direct outreach strategy utilizing Packizon's existing marketing collateral to connect with key decision-makers.
- Market Validation & Demo Scheduling: Successfully communicate Packizon's technical ROI to secure meetings and schedule product demos.
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Assist in navigating the sales funnel from the initial cold outreach to ultimately closing product sales.
