Position Overview
As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will support daily marketing operations, assist with local campaign execution, represent client brands, and help increase customer awareness through face-to-face engagement.
This is an in-person position based in Birmingham, AL. Candidates must be able to commute to the Birmingham area and work directly with customers, team members, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns
- Support brand awareness initiatives through in-person customer engagement
- Represent client products and services in a professional and positive manner
- Help organize, prepare, and distribute promotional materials for outreach campaigns
- Interact with customers to answer questions, build rapport, and promote brand value
- Support customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales pipeline activities
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve campaign performance
- Participate in client-focused events, promotional campaigns, and product presentations
- Help identify customer needs and communicate service benefits clearly
- Follow up with interested customers and support appointment-setting efforts
- Maintain accurate customer and campaign information when needed
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies, outreach efforts, and campaign improvements
- Maintain a professional image while representing Elite Level and its client brands
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Birmingham, AL
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current student, recent graduate, or entry-level candidate preferred
- All majors and academic backgrounds are welcome
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with people quickly
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
