Marketing & Graphic Design Associate
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate with a strong graphic design background to support marketing efforts across multiple brands. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys creating compelling visual content while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
A Marketing & Graphic Design Associate will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, brand development, and content creation across our technology and jewelry businesses. While graphic design will be the primary focus of the position, the ideal candidate will also assist with social media, email marketing, content development, event support, and other marketing activities.
This position offers an opportunity to work hands-on in both B2B marketing and consumer retail marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Primary Focus)
- Create digital and print marketing materials, including:
- Social media graphics
- Email marketing assets
- Website banners and landing page graphics
- Digital advertisements
- Sales presentations and proposals
- Flyers, brochures, signage, and promotional materials
- Trade show and event collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple companies and marketing channels.
- Design creative assets that support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales initiatives.
- Edit and retouch product photography, particularly for jewelry and luxury goods.
- Develop visual content for e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Help develop email marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Assist with website updates and content management.
- Support event marketing, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance and help compile campaign reports and analytics.
Content Creation & Brand Development
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing team members to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Create branded content for both B2B technology services and luxury jewelry businesses.
- Contribute ideas for promotions, customer engagement initiatives, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, templates, and design files.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign - Required
- Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Experience with photography editing and image retouching.
- Basic knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Interest in technology, luxury goods, jewelry, retail, or digital marketing.
