Industrial Real Estate Sales Internship

Brit Properties is looking for motivated college students who have experience in sales and are interested in the industrial real estate industry. We're a small, growing firm based in Chicago, and we're looking for interns who are ready to make a real impact.

Interns receive:

• $20 per hour compensation
• Performance-based bonuses for successful opportunities that they help uncover

What you will be doing:

• Cold calling by telephone and door-to-door selling in industrial parks
• Exposure to asset management, reviewing property performance metrics
• Gaining experience in real estate market research 
• Hands-on experience working directly with our acquisitions team
• Exposure to industrial real estate investing and off-market sourcing

Requirements:

• Must be able to live in Chicago for the summer 
• Must have a car for transportation 

Timeline:

• July-August
