Saturn Labs — Community Manager Remote · US-Based · Performance-Based Pay · Flexible Hours

Saturn Labs is building the foundational data layer for Physical AI - the technology that will power the next generation of humanoid robots and robotic arms. We collect everyday chores video recordings from real people to help train the next generation of AI models. We are active across 4 continents and backed by leading investors. Our projects are simple, flexible, and designed for people with no technical background.

What Is This Role?

We are hiring Community Managers to help us find and manage contributors for our video recording project. Think of it like being a team leader — you bring people in, get them set up, and keep them engaged. You do not need to record videos yourself. Your job is to build a group of contributors and support them.

This is a great opportunity if you are well-connected, enjoy working with people, and want to earn based on how well your team performs — with no earning limit.

What Your Contributors Will Do

The people you recruit will simply record short, first-person POV videos using their smartphones while doing things they already do at home every day — things like cleaning, folding laundry, organizing, gardening, arts and crafts, or running light errands. They just wear a lightweight head mount and record through our app while going about their normal routine. No experience or technical skills needed. Saturn Labs provides the app, and full onboarding. All recordings are used only for AI research and training. Contributors always choose what they record.

How You Earn

Saturn Labs pays you $7.5 to $10 for every hour of video recorded by each contributor in your network. The more contributors you have, and the more they record, the more you earn. There is no cap on your earnings.

Once Saturn Labs pays you, it is completely up to you how much you want to pay your contributors. Your contributors are already doing these activities at home anyway — you are simply paying them a little something for recording it. You decide what that amount looks like, it is entirely your call. Saturn Labs only pays you, and how you manage your contributors and their payments is your business.

Example: 20 contributors × 5 hours each = 100 hours → Saturn Labs pays you $750 to $1,000. You then decide how to distribute that among your contributors.

Your Responsibilities as Community Manager

Recruit contributors through your personal network, social media, WhatsApp groups, community pages, or any other channels you have access to. Help your contributors get set up with the app and equipment. Make sure they understand the simple recording guidelines. Keep your contributor group  engaged.. Pay your contributors from the amount you receive from Saturn Labs.

What We're Looking For

You do not need any technical background or prior experience. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator. You should be organized enough to manage a group, reliable enough to follow through, and motivated enough to grow your contributor base over time. If you are the kind of person others trust and come to for opportunities, this role is a great fit.

How to Get Started

Once you apply and are approved, Saturn Labs will onboard you quickly. You will receive everything you need to start recruiting contributors right away. There are no complicated requirements — if you can spread the word and manage a group of people, you are ready to begin.
