Dreamcrafters Management is hiring a Client Support Associate in Hanover to support the Verizon Fios campaign. This role focuses on helping residential clients get the most out of their services through structured support, account coordination, and problem resolution.

As a Client Support Associate, you’ll help expand Verizon Fios’s residential footprint by supporting service coordination, documenting client activity, and refining outreach messaging. You’ll receive campaign-specific training to build confidence in telecom support and account management.

What Will I Be Doing as a Client Support Associate?

  • Manage a portfolio of Verizon Fios residential accounts by addressing service inquiries, billing questions, and connectivity updates through structured support channels.
  • Coordinate service upgrades and plan changes, ensuring clients receive clear information and smooth transitions aligned with Verizon Fios standards.
  • Resolve service-related issues and escalate complex cases to technical or leadership teams for timely follow-through and resolution.
  • Track and document all account activity using CRM tools to maintain accurate records and ensure continuity across Verizon Fios outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align on service delivery goals, client expectations, and campaign benchmarks.
  • Stay informed on Verizon Fios offerings, promotions, and service updates to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Client Support Associate?

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in outreach, account coordination, or campaign support—especially in telecom, consulting, or marketing environments.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain Verizon Fios service details without sounding like a robot—or a walking FAQ page.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, mobile tools, and digital workflows—no carrier pigeons or sticky notes required.
  • Team player with empathy, patience, and the ability to stay cool when things get fast, busy, or mildly chaotic.
