Dreamcrafters Management, a sales and business consulting firm, is expanding its Verizon Fios campaign and hiring a Wireless Team Member in Hanover. You’ll guide clients through wireless options, coordinate account activity, and help keep the campaign sharp, smooth, and fun—bonus points if you enjoy organizing things that refuse to stay organized.

As a Wireless Team Member, you’ll help drive Verizon Fios’s residential success by coordinating wireless outreach, supporting account updates, and guiding clients through service options. You’ll be trained on CRM platforms, campaign tools, and wireless service protocols to keep things smooth and fiber-fast.

Role Requirements for a Wireless Team Member

  • Conduct structured outreach to assess client needs and recommend Verizon Fios wireless plans and devices that fit their lifestyle and usage habits.
  • Explain wireless features, pricing, and compatibility with clarity, professionalism, and just enough charm to keep things engaging.
  • Process activations, upgrades, and device setups with accuracy—ensuring client data is secure and service transitions are seamless.
  • Generate qualified leads through outreach, referrals, and campaign targeting; maintain a prioritized pipeline and track progress using CRM tools that actually make sense.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, timely updates, and client satisfaction across every activation stage.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications, plan details, and performance metrics using CRM platforms to support campaign reporting and continuity.
