Outside Sales Representative

Landreth, Incorporated is seeking an outside salesperson responsible for managing and developing profitable, long-term business relationships with local design firms.  Customer base consists of architectural/interior design firms and electrical engineers focusing on commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage long-term strategic business relationships with key accounts in the Central Florida design community; specifically focusing on medium to large-sized commercial project opportunities.

Understand and apply knowledge of the unique integrated digital commercial lighting and control products we represent to effectively package solutions to assigned customers.

Apply strategic selling techniques to develop and track project opportunities from pre-bid to contract award to secure project business.

Willingness to dedicate time outside of the traditional work week to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
