Application Prerequisites:

Trying out the Sovi.AI app beforehand is highly valued, as you’ll be working closely with the app during your day-to-day tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • User & Product Operations Support: Assist in monitoring daily user engagement metrics and product performance data; help analyze user behavior to identify friction points and draft optimization suggestions.
  • Content & Data Maintenance: Help oversee the structural organization of AI-generated content and study materials; coordinate with product teams to support the accuracy, quality, and localization of platform resources.
  • Process Optimization Support: Assist in establishing and documenting standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for cross-functional workflows, tracking project milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Customer Success Operations: Support the handling of user inquiries and technical escalations, collaborating with the engineering team to document product bugs and improve overall user satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Academic Background: Current undergraduate/postgraduate student or newly graduated talent majoring in Business, Management or other related disciplines.
  • Communication: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to document operational processes and communicate clearly with a global team.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and data literacy; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required, and prior experience with data visualization or product analytics tools is a strong plus.
  • Project Management: Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
  • Professional Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with high accountability, comfortable working independently and driving efficiency in a remote environment.
