Application Prerequisites:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Trying out the Sovi.AI app beforehand is highly valued, as you’ll be working closely with the app during your day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Campus Partnership Support: Assist in the recruitment, vetting, and daily coordination of global campus ambassadors; help establish and maintain formal outreach with international student organizations and clubs.
• Global Community Operations: Support the day-to-day management of international user communities (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp); assist in executing targeted engagement initiatives and online events to drive user retention.
• Partner Relations Assistance: Help source, pitch, and maintain long-term relationships with global education creators and student leaders; ensure the partner tracking database is accurately updated.
• User Insights Collection: Engage directly with power users to gather qualitative feedback and pain points, helping synthesize these findings into actionable data points for the product development team.

Qualifications

• Academic Background: Current undergraduate/postgraduate student or newly graduated talent majoring in Communications, Psychology, Sociology or other related disciplines.
• Communication & Background: Outstanding English proficiency with strong interpersonal warmth; international study experience or prior exposure to cross-border teamwork is highly preferred.
• Relationship Management: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to navigate external partnerships professionally.
• Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple partnership pipelines simultaneously; previous leadership experience in campus organizations or large-scale digital communities is a strong plus.
• Professional Attributes: Result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and proactive problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic setting.
