Trying out the Sovi.AI app beforehand is highly valued, as you’ll be working closely with the app during your day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• User Feedback Support: Assist the product team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative feedback, feature requests, and bug reports from our global student users.
• User Research Assistance: Help coordinate user interviews and set up surveys to understand how students interact with Sovi.AI, what study challenges they face, and where we can improve.
• Insight Synthesis: Support the team in translating user conversations into clear, actionable insights or user persona notes, helping the core team make data-driven product decisions.
• Community Listening: Monitor official feedback channels and community groups (like Discord) to help identify immediate user pain points and share them with the engineering and design teams.

Qualifications

• Academic Background: Current undergraduate/postgraduate student or newly graduated talent majoring in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or other related disciplines.
• Empathy & Listening: Highly empathetic with an analytical mindset. You enjoy talking to users, listening to their stories, and uncovering the "why" behind their behaviors.
• Organized & Detailed: Strong logical thinking and organizational skills; comfortable structure-sorting through messy feedback and summarizing it clearly.
• Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. Fully proficient in English to communicate with global team members and users.
