Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Ideation: Brainstorm, script, and produce highly engaging text, graphic, and short-form video content tailored for international Gen-Z students across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Discord.
- Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day operations of our official social media channels, including scheduling posts, copywriting, and maintaining a consistent, relatable brand voice.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with our followers and student communities, reply to comments/DMs, and tap into trending topics to boost brand awareness and virality.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key social media metrics (views, engagement, follower growth), gather qualitative audience feedback, and help optimize our content strategy based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Academic Background: Current undergraduate/postgraduate student or newly graduated talent majoring in Communications, Psychology, Sociology or other related disciplines.
- Platform Native: A heavy user of global social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram) with a deep understanding of current internet culture, memes, and trending Gen-Z topics.
- Creative Skills: Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in English. Basic hands-on skills in video editing (CapCut/Premiere) or graphic design (Figma/Canva) are highly preferred.
- Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. Fully proficient in English to collaborate within an international team.
