Rehab Exercise Specialist

Most jobs in this field put you in a room running the same routine with people you barely get to know. This one is different. You will work hands-on with patients through a process that actually changes their lives, surrounded by a team that is genuinely supportive, high-energy, and in it together every day.

About the Practice

This practice has been serving patients for over 20 years under a doctor with more than 30 years of experience. The specialty is Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP), a highly specific, research-based approach that corrects the underlying cause of pain rather than managing symptoms. Patients come here when nothing else has worked, and the results speak for themselves. The team is close-knit, the environment is supportive, and the people who find this place tend to stay.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Set patients up for and remove them from spinal traction using CBP protocols
  • Guide patients through posture-corrective and strengthening exercises with clear instructions and encouragement
  • Coach patients through their customized home-care programs and track their progress over time
  • Celebrate milestones with patients and keep them motivated throughout their care plan
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient rehab space throughout the day
  • Support the clinical team to keep daily flow running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who lights up working one-on-one with people and finds that energy sustaining, not draining
  • Able to demonstrate, cue, and correct movement and posture with confidence
  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a closely related field, or at least one year of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable on your feet most of the day and able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Reliable, organized, and able to keep up in a busy clinical environment
  • Willing to learn CBP methods through in-depth training provided by the practice
