Brand & Content Intern
Good afternoon. I'm Dylan, the founder of FastStager.
My co-founder and I dropped out of UC Berkeley, moved to Venice, and started this a year ago. We've organically grown to $50K/month brick by brick with zero VC money.
Right now we sell excellent virtual staging to realtors. But this summer we're using the distribution (160k agents) to sell a plethora of more exciting products to them.
Our belief: digital real estate services shouldn't live in web apps. Agents run their business over the phone, not a computer, so we do too. Our whole product runs over text and feels like a real person. And virtual staging is just the tip of the iceberg.
We're hiring someone to help tell our story and push our branding across publications and social media outlets across the country. That means:
- reaching out to media companies and getting us interviews (we are about to do one with HGTV)
- making posts on Reddit
- making posts on Instagram
- making posts on Facebook
- joining Facebook groups and posting charismatic stuff
- Helping us mastermind branding strategies
and just promoting the living hell out of what our company's doing and trying to make it feel authentic.
You'll be telling the story of a company that's going to overtake the real estate industry by innovating the UI of software itself, and you'll be doing it in the earliest days. Think like like the snapchat blu house in 2016 Venice type vibes.
This is a hybrid role, but you will have to come into our Santa Monica office once in a while. This is a high energy role so just keep that in mind before you apply. One more thing: the company uniform is all white, so when you come in, just know you'll be wearing all white.
P.S. Do not apply with some AI slop application, I will throw it out immediately. This is not an AI slop company.
If you can't find the patience to even write the application for this job, this job is not for you.
Please look up what faststager/virtual staging is and write a chill cover letter of what type of work you want to do and any potential ideas you have to contribute over the summer. No need to be overly formal.
