Outside Sales Intern

Are you a graduating senior or recent college graduate looking to build a successful career in sales? Do you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and challenging yourself to achieve ambitious goals?

We are seeking 1-2 motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Interns. This paid internship provides hands-on training alongside a proven sales professional, giving you real-world experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales within the rapidly growing workplace refreshment industry, including Office Coffee Service (OCS), Vending Solutions, Pantry Services, and Micro Markets.

This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field learning how to identify opportunities, build relationships, generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close new business.

While the internship pay is $20/hr, successful interns may be offered a full-time sales position upon completion of the program, including comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to earn $100,000+ in your first year through a combination of salary, commissions, and performance incentives. Our newest sales rep is already on pace to earn this in 2026.

Note: We are looking for the right individual to add to our sales team that can enhance the current growth of our company.  We have not had a sales rep leave our company over the past few years - this is not a turn and burn sales environment.  

Responsibilities

  • Shadow and support experienced outside sales professionals 
  • Attend customer meetings, presentations, and sales calls 
  • Research prospective clients and business opportunities 
  • Assist with lead generation and appointment setting 
  • Learn and apply proven sales methodologies 
  • Develop product knowledge related to office coffee, vending, and micro market services 
  • Participate in sales training and team meetings 
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers 
  • Contribute to achieving team sales goals 

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduating college senior or recent graduate (all majors welcome) 
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
