Hello Marketing is a boutique marketing agency specializing in construction, real estate, property management, hospitality, and emerging verticals. We help businesses build authority, generate opportunities, and create meaningful relationships through strategic marketing, personal branding, business development, and content.
We're a small but growing team that believes marketing and sales work best when they work together.
This is not a passive internship. Interns here are expected to think, communicate, take ownership, and contribute to real business initiatives.
About the Role
The Sales & Business Development Intern will work directly with Hello Marketing's leadership team to support lead generation, prospecting, outreach, CRM management, and business development efforts for both Hello Marketing and select clients.
This is a working sales internship, not a shadowing opportunity.
You'll gain hands-on experience learning how businesses generate leads, build relationships, set meetings, and create revenue.

What You'll Work On
- Cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Instagram DM outreach
- LinkedIn outreach and relationship building
- Email outreach campaigns
- Setting qualified meetings for Hello Marketing
- Prospect research and list building
- CRM management and pipeline tracking
- Following up with prospects and maintaining communication records
- Supporting outreach initiatives for select client accounts
- Learning how sales metrics, pipelines, and conversion rates are tracked
- Using AI tools to improve workflows, research, and outreach efforts
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- $50 bonus for every qualified meeting that takes place
- Additional commission opportunities for closed business based on level of involvement

Expectations
- Attend weekly intern calls (Tuesdays at 9:30 AM ET)
- Complete work on time and communicate proactively
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Follow established outreach processes and workflows
- Take feedback and apply it
- Maintain a professional LinkedIn presence
- Come prepared, engaged, and ready to contribute
