Pay: $24–$30 per hour (based on experience) + $2.00 weekend shift differential

We are currently seeking experienced welders for our weekend shift.

Training Schedule

All new hires will begin with paid training on day shift until fully trained.

Training Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Once training is successfully completed, employees will transition to the weekend shift schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding with precision, primarily on stainless steel fabrication
• Use MIG welding as needed for specific tasks
• Operate and support robotic welding and box welding systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Produce high-quality welds that meet company standards
• Perform quality control inspections on completed welds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of TIG and MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a weld test as part of the hiring process
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate a forklift and overhead cranes (or willingness to learn)
