We are currently seeking experienced welders for our weekend shift.
Training Schedule
All new hires will begin with paid training on day shift until fully trained.
Training Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Once training is successfully completed, employees will transition to the weekend shift schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding with precision, primarily on stainless steel fabrication
- Use MIG welding as needed for specific tasks
- Operate and support robotic welding and box welding systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Produce high-quality welds that meet company standards
- Perform quality control inspections on completed welds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of TIG and MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a weld test as part of the hiring process
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate a forklift and overhead cranes (or willingness to learn)
