Product Marketing Manager Intern — Physical AI
Opal AI is looking for a motivated Product Marketing Manager Intern to support our product marketing and go-to-market efforts. Opal AI works in the area of Physical AI, bringing intelligence to real-world physical environments through advanced AI, spatial understanding, and automation.
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in AI, startups, B2B technology, product marketing, customer discovery, and go-to-market strategy. You will help define how we communicate Opal AI’s value to customers, identify target markets, research competitors, support product positioning, and create materials that help drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Opal AI’s Physical AI products.
- Conduct customer and market research to understand buyer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities across AI, robotics, spatial intelligence, construction tech, real estate tech, insurance tech, and related sectors.
- Help create product marketing materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, website copy, case studies, sales enablement content, blog posts, and campaign messaging.
- Assist with defining target customer segments, use cases, buyer personas, and value propositions.
- Support product launch planning, marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with the founding team to translate technical product capabilities into clear customer-facing messaging.
- Help track marketing performance, customer feedback, and campaign insights.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, entrepreneurship, engineering, product management, or a related field.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Interest in AI, Physical AI, robotics, spatial technology, B2B SaaS, or emerging technology.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to business audiences.
- Comfortable conducting market research and turning findings into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Bonus: prior experience in product marketing, product management, customer discovery, sales enablement, AI tools, or B2B marketing.
