Product Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Product Manager with 6 months to 1 year of experience to lead the product development lifecycle for our AI-driven SaaS platform. This is a unique "bridge" role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI engineering, immigration, and client management.

As a Product Manager here, you aren't just managing tasks; you are a client advocate and a champion for their success. You will be responsible for ensuring our digital platform delivers a seamless experience for clients navigating complex immigration strategies and professional documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Design: Own the roadmap for AI features, product workflows, and UX/UI feasibility. You’ll lead UI testing to ensure a world-class user experience.

Technical Implementation: Partner closely with the Software Engineering team to manage the development roadmap and ensure timely delivery.

Client Success & Advocacy: Act as the primary guide for clients, developing resources and providing strategic guidance as they document their professional accomplishments within our platform.

Storytelling & Growth: Conduct impactful B2B demos and client walkthroughs to effectively communicate the value of our AI integration and platform logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 0.5 – 1 year of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related SaaS/Tech role.

Technical Literacy: Comfort working with AI engineering teams and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
