Brand Partnership Intern

Brand Exchange Co. is currently accepting applications for a Brand Partnership Intern to support partnership research, CRM development, and outreach preparation for talent and projects across music, entertainment, sports, and live experiences.

This internship is ideal for emerging professionals interested in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, communications, sales, or business development. The role offers hands-on exposure to how brand partnerships are researched, organized, and developed behind the scenes before outreach begins.

LOCATIONS: Miami, Florida /  Las Vegas, NV / San Juan, Puerto Rico

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  The intern will be responsible for supporting weekly brand partnership research and CRM development. Core responsibilities include:

  • Build targeted lists of brands, agencies, sponsors, venues, and marketing partners.
  • Identify decision-makers in marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, PR, events, and brand strategy.
  • Verify contact details, including title, company, LinkedIn profile, email, and source link.
  • Enter and organize contacts in the CRM with clean, accurate information.
  • Categorize leads by client fit, market, priority, and outreach status.
  • Research recent brand campaigns, sponsorships, and activations that may be relevant to our clients.
  • Prepare weekly lists of qualified leads with notes explaining why each contact is relevant.
  • Gather background research to support outreach and pitch preparation.
  • Track follow-up dates, responses, and pipeline movement.
