Content Production Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Content Production Assistant to help support content creation, coordinate restaurant outreach, and assist with on-location filming as we continue growing the brand.

This is a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, aspiring content creator, social media manager, or someone interested in food, hospitality, marketing, lifestyle media, or digital content.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to restaurants, chefs, hospitality partners, and local businesses to coordinate interviews and content opportunities

• Schedule and organize content shoots and maintain outreach calendars

• Assist with communication and follow-up

• Attend restaurant visits and content shoots

• Capture behind-the-scenes video and photo content using iPhone or similar

• Record interviews with chefs, owners, and guests

• Help organize footage and content assets

• Assist with social media and content support as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with businesses and scheduling outreach

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube or content creation

• Basic understanding of filming on iPhone

• Interest in food, travel, wine, hospitality, lifestyle, or media

• Organized and dependable

• Have a car or reliable form of travel

Bonus:

Schedule:

Part-time/flexible/10-15 hours a week

Compensation:

$18–22 per hour, depending on experience

San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Danville, SF and surrounding areas
