Are you outgoing, confident, and energized by meeting new people? We’re looking for motivated, Marketing Intern to help grow awareness for our brand in local communities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys travel, and knows how to connect with people authentically.

As a key face of the brand, you’ll engage directly with convenience stores, smoke shops, gas stations, and consumers to build relationships, support retail visibility, and create memorable brand experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Community & Retail Outreach

• Visit convenience stores, smoke shops, and gas stations to introduce and promote products
• Build strong relationships with store owners and staff
• Assist with merchandising optimization and in-store product visibility
• Install window clings and promotional materials to increase brand awareness
• Represent the brand at local events and activations

 Promote & Educate

• Engage with store owners and customers in a friendly and professional way
• Answer questions about products and promotions
• Create positive brand interactions that encourage loyalty and interest

 Data Collection & Reporting

• Capture photos, survey responses, and customer feedback during visits
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities and store interactions
• Track engagement and campaign performance using provided tools

Sales & Marketing Support

• Help attract new customers and increase product visibility
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Monitor results and share insights to improve future strategies

Team Collaboration

• Attend team meetings, trainings, and field check-ins
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow team members to hit outreach goals
• Bring energy, ideas, and positivity to the team culture

Work Environment

This is an active, field-based role that involves working outdoors, visiting retail locations, attending events, and engaging directly with the public. Flexible availability is important, as some evenings and weekends may be required depending on campaign needs.
