Description:

***Hybrid – onsite 3 to 4 days week

***Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder

We are seeking an experienced, senior-level PowerBuilder developer to provide analysis, support, and maintenance for the legacy system, as well as development and implementation of the GenTax interface under the direction of management. This individual will work collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly Preferred Skills:
• Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems
• Product knowledge of system and/or functional knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team.
• Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify analyze, assess requirements-
• Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.
• Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation of PowerBuilder Applications

 

Required / Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience developing PowerBuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher Required - 7 Years
  • Design and develop clear and maintainable code Required - 5 Years
  • Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar. Required - 5 Years
  • Experience developing interfaces to FileNet application Required - 2 Years
  • Experience developing interface to REST APIs Required - 2 Years
  • Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps Required - 2 Years
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Able to coordinate with other application development teams, team leads business analysts. Required - 2 Years
  • Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team. Required - 7 Years
  • Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment. Required - 7 Years
  • Legacy IRMS experience Required - 7 Years
  • Must be either US Citizen or Green Card Holder Required - 1 Years
