Role DescriptionÂ
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trial Attorney located in Agoura Hills, CA. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions and pleadings, representing clients in court, conducting depositions, and preparing for trials. The candidate will collaborate with clients and team members to develop legal strategies, provide legal advice, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
QualificationsÂ
- Strong expertise in Law with a focus on real estate litigation or a related area
- Experienced in drafting and filing Motions and other legal pleadings
- Knowledge of Courts, including procedures and regulations
- Demonstrated proficiency in Trials and litigation case management
- Ability to conduct and defend Depositions effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active California State Bar license
- Previous experience in landlord-tenant law or real estate litigation is a significant advantage
