OMIRA is a portfolio operating company that builds, owns, and scales businesses across services, technology, marketing, staffing, brands, software, and real estate. We operate multiple active companies inside one ecosystem, each with real offers, real customers, real sales pipelines, and real growth goals.
This role is built specifically for ambitious students who want hands-on sales experience inside a fast-moving environment. Interns will work directly with OMIRA operators and leadership while helping with prospecting, outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, follow-ups, partnership outreach, CRM organization, sales systems, and business development across active OMIRA companies.
We are not looking for people who just want something to put on a resume. We are looking for hungry, coachable individuals who want to learn how sales actually works by doing the work. The people who succeed in this role are strong communicators, fast learners, self-starters, and willing to get uncomfortable making calls, sending outreach, following up, and speaking with real business owners.
This role is fully remote with flexible scheduling and is designed to give interns direct exposure to how modern companies generate leads, book meetings, build relationships, close deals, and create revenue. This is an unpaid internship position to start — it is not meant to stay that way. There is real opportunity to grow into part-time payroll, full-time payroll, commission-based opportunities, or larger long-term roles for someone who proves they can take ownership and produce results.
For the right person, there is also potential to grow into a larger sales or business development role within OMIRA, helping manage outreach systems, sales pipelines, partnerships, and revenue growth across one or more companies.
Responsibilities
• Assist with direct sales outreach to businesses and potential clients
• Help generate leads through online research, email, social media, and business directories
• Make outreach calls to businesses and decision-makers
• Send cold emails, direct messages, and follow-up messages
• Help book appointments, sales calls, and partnership meetings
• Support CRM management, pipeline tracking, and lead organization
• Help write and improve outreach scripts, call scripts, and follow-up templates
• Research potential industries, target markets, and qualified prospects
• Assist with partnership outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Track outreach activity, responses, booked meetings, and sales opportunities
• Use AI tools to improve prospecting, messaging, follow-ups, and sales workflows
• Work with OMIRA operators to learn sales strategy, objection handling, and closing processes
• Help build repeatable sales systems that can be used across multiple companies

• Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required — effort, attitude, communication, and consistency matter most
