Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence

Maintain and organize case files and client records

Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties

Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support

Manage deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents

Schedule hearings, mediations, and client meetings

Maintain detailed and accurate case notes

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Family Law experience required

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

Experience with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
