Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations? We are seeking a Material Supply Handler to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Sugar Land, Texas.

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring materials are available when needed, supporting PPE and cleanroom supply processes, organizing storage areas, and helping prevent material shortages that could impact production and operations.

Day Shift A

Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Day Shift B

Thursday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Overnight Shift A

Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Overnight Shift B

Thursday – Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Location

Sugar Land, Texas

Essential Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, label, store, and organize incoming materials

Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready storage areas

Coordinate material movement between receiving, storage, production, and operational departments

Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock checks

Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, lot numbers, expiration dates, and FIFO processes

Restock PPE, cleanroom supplies, and operational materials including gloves, masks, gowns, shoe covers, lab coats, and related items

Support gowning exchanges, garment tracking, staging, and redistribution activities

Identify and communicate inventory shortages, discrepancies, and process concerns

Assist with continuous improvement efforts to support operational efficiency

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in inventory control, warehousing, receiving, manufacturing, supply chain, or cleanroom operations preferred

Basic computer skills including Excel, barcode scanners, and inventory systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Reliable transportation required

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs throughout the shift

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds safely and independently

Ability to move palletized materials and operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment

Ability to work in warehouse, manufacturing, and cleanroom environments

Ability to wear required PPE and cleanroom garments as needed
