- Visitors are greeted immediately and assisted appropriately.

- Employee personal belongings received by the branch are logged and the employee is contacted within one business day.
- Pickup arrangements for employee belongings are coordinated within five (5) business days of receipt whenever possible.
- Branch maintains a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
- Office supply inventory is maintained without disruption to operations.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service to clients, talent, applicants, and coworkers.
- All web applicants are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and appropriately dispositioned in accordance with company procedures.
- Qualified applicants are routed to the appropriate recruiter or branch team member promptly.
- All job postings are accurate, active, and updated within established timelines.
- Social media content is posted consistently according to company standards.
- Candidate communications are professional, timely, and documented.
- Recruiting support activities contribute positively to branch fill-rate objectives.
- Drug testing processes are completed accurately and confidentially.
- E-Verify requirements are completed accurately and within required timelines.
- Branch maintains compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Talent audits are completed accurately and on schedule.
- All onboarding documentation is complete and audit-ready.
- Compliance concerns are escalated immediately to the appropriate department.
- Injury and complaint investigations are documented thoroughly and timely.
- Translation assistance is accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate.
- Records are entered accurately and maintained in real time.
- Documentation meets company standards and compliance requirements.
- Data accuracy exceeds established branch expectations.
- Reports and audits are completed by requested deadlines.
- Confidential information is protected at all times.
- New employee workstations are prepared and operational prior to employee start dates.
- IT-related issues are reported promptly and followed through to resolution with the Information Technology Department.
- Client visits, chamber events, and branch functions are professionally coordinated and executed.
- Branch facilities and technology resources are maintained to support operational effectiveness.
